Second Church is home to a wide variety of groups which meet in our building; this too is part of our mission to the community – we call it our “inreach!”
Beacon Christian Academy: Private Christian based school for children preschool through eighth grade
Friday & Sunday Evening AA Groups: Traditional support group for people with addiction illnesses
Scouting Programs: Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and area boy scout leader dinner meetings
Beverly Youth Soccer Program: Annual city-wide sign-up, and monthly meetings for Board of Directors and Coaches
North Shore Arts Council:Provide meeting space for enrichment, informational programs for area private and public schools
HAWC – Healing Abuse, Working for Change:Provide workshop meeting space for area police departments and clergy and HAWC staff support
New England Opera Company: Tryout and rehearsal space for a newly formed Boston based lyric opera company
Piano lesson space for area children
Public forums relating to local issues, i.e. local water supply
Weekly yoga classes offered for spiritual nourishment
Provide Safe Harbor Family Martial Arts Center testing space
Vida Nova; New Life Brazilian Baptist Church
